Sarah Jordan has won a Platinum Guild International (PGI) award for the most inspirational bridal tri-set, the third consecutive year in which she has taken home an accolade at the Platinum Trail.

Other PGI award winners included Dennis and Lavery, for the most commercial bridal tri-set, and Fei Liu, was recognised for having the most innovative platinum jewellery display, reports Professional Jeweller.

Speaking to the magazine, Ms Jordan explained that, despite her previous accolades, she had not expected to win, adding that she could not be more pleased.

"Ruth [Donaldson of the PGI] glanced at me and then I thought to myself well maybe I have won, and then I heard them say the word fluid I realised that I had."

Retail Jeweller editor and Trail judge Laura McCreddie said this year's winners had produced some "truly amazing designs", adding that she had been "privileged" at her selection as a judge.
