Palladium catalyst brochure released 13th July 2006
A brochure detailing hundreds of reagents used in a palladium-catalysed coupling process, known as Suzuki Coupling, has been released by chemical firm, Chemical Synthesis.
The coupling process revolves around palladium catalysed cross-coupling reactions of various organoboron compounds with a number of organic electrophiles in the presence of bases.
This reaction has become known as Suzuki Coupling, after Professor Suzuki of Okayama University who lead the development of the process, and is the focus of the new book.
"We are pleased to announce the release of a new product directory," the firm said.
"This online brochure contains our extensive portfolio of over 650 boron reagents for use in palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling and other important C-C bond forming reactions.
"Reagents in the directory are arranged in a logical and easily searchable format."
It added: "Simply clicking on the catalogue number brings you directly to the product detail page on our website."
