Millennium Cell targets fuel cell growth 5th October 2007
Millennium Cell has announced a series of initiatives to facilitate further growth of their business and promote its hydrogen fuel cell combined unit technology.
The firm, which manufactures combined units comprising a fuel cell and a hydrogen on-demand fuelling unit, has establish an advisory board which will work towards promoting the technology's use by US government bodies.
Among the board members are LJ Evans, former Chairman of the White House Cabinet Council on Technology Commercialisation and currently chief executive of SFI Financial Group, and Joe N Austin, who previously served as Assistant and Legislative Liaison Officer for the Secretary of the Army.
H David Ramm, Chief Executive of Millennium Cell, said: "Our ability to attract such talented and influential individuals to our new advisory board is a testament to the potential of Millennium Cell's products.
"With the help of this group, we fully expect to expand the awareness and accelerate the adoption of hydrogen battery products in the US military and with other governmental customers."
Millennium Cell also confirmed that the US division of investment bank Collins Stewart has been engaged to act as financial advisor and investment banker for potential acquisitions and partnering activities.
