This year's Daytime Emmy Awards in the US saw plenty of the stars arriving in platinum.

Mackenzie Mauzy arrived at the event wearing a pair of platinum cuff bracelets, together with a platinum and diamond necklace and matching earrings.

The star of television series The Bold and the Beautiful certainly demonstrated that platinum is not just for the biggest Hollywood stars, as she enjoyed her own moment on the red carpet sparkling in her platinum jewellery.

But Mackenzie was not the only daytime television star at the awards who chose platinum for the occasion, reports Jewelry Weblog.

Vivica Fox, who starred in 1-800-Missing until last year, arrived on the red carpet wearing platinum and kunzite earrings as well as a stunning platinum and aqua bracelet.

Meanwhile, All My Children actress, Leven Rambin, also opted for bracelets on each arm, both beautiful platinum creations, while she was also adorned with platinum cocktail rings and earrings.
