A New Look for Platinum Metals Review 24th October 2011

Platinum Metals Review, Johnson Matthey's free, online scientific and technical journal, has had a website redesign. The new website was launched on 24th October 2011.

The refreshed website offers:
• An updated look and feel
• Improved navigation to the articles you want
• Streamlined search function
• Enhanced networking opportunities via social media links

In addition all the original features are there, including access to the complete Journal Archive dating back to the very first issue, originally published in 1957. You can now navigate to every article by browsing the Journal Archive, using the Quick or Advanced Search functions or the new “Find a Particular Article” form on the homepage. You can sign up for Email Alerts, download the latest issue or see a pick of the most interesting articles in the “From the Archive” feature.

The new “Virtual Issues” section contains selected articles from the archive which are relevant to a particular area of technology. The new Virtual Issue on Emissions Control is a collection of articles written or coauthored by Martyn V. Twigg, one of the foremost experts in the areas of catalysis and emissions control. Developments in the technology and legislation of pollution control from vehicle exhausts are covered in a series of articles and reviews.

The “Resources” section contains all the original sections including Ask a Question, the Directories and the ever popular Events Calendar. Further Reading provides the chance to broaden your knowledge in a particular area relevant to pgms.
